Notification No. 1/90 - Inland Air Travel Tax 

            In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government, hereby appoints the 1^st day of July, 1990, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter V of the said Act shall come into force.
