Notification No.1/89-Inland Air Travel Tax

            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 40 of the Finance Act, 1989 (13 of 1989), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of July, 1989, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter V of the said Act shall come into force.
