Subject :           Filling in the post of Deputy Secretary(Review & Judicial)

Sir/Madam,

The post of Deputy Secretary(Review & Judicial) which has fallen vacant would be filled in from the offices of Indian Revenue Service(Customs & Central Excise).  Officers in the grade of Additional/Joint Commissioner who are interested for consideration for this post are requested to send their application immediately.  The post is in the Board and, therefore, exempted from counting of tenure in Delhi spent in this post.

2.         All Chief Commissioners of Customs & Central Excise and Directors General are requested to bring to the notice of all Additional/Joint Commissioner under their charge.
