No.C-50/91/2007-Ad.II......In order to exercise statutory powers under Rule 12 of Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, all officers of the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Central Excise) in the grade of Commissioners are authorized to exercise powers for discharging responsibilities vested under the said Rules, w.e.f. the date they have been in the said grade.
