Sub: Corrigendum to circular no 36/2004-Customs dated 24^th May 2004,    

            I am directed to invite your attention to the Boards Circular No 36/2004- Cus  dated 24^th May 2004 on the subject of  Posting of Cost Recovery Officer in EOU/EHTP/STP.

 2.        It has been noticed that the last sentence of para 3 of the referred circular contains a typographical error.   The sentence “ This will apply to cost recovery charges payable for the year 2004-2005.” may be read as “This will apply to cost recovery charges payable from the year 2004-2005.”
